Drag & drop a bookmark from the personal toolbar to anywhere else will leaves it
depressed/sunken when moving mouse over it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag bookmark from PT
2. Drop bookmark anywhere inside the browser
3. Move mouse over that dragged bookmark
Same bug appears within Firebird (bug 225434). Because bookmarks are forked
before a long time this bug is only for Seamonkey.
Also confirmed with:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de-AT; rv:1.5) Gecko/20031107 Debian/1.5-3
