After switching a theme, the Tools menu still appears in the old font.  When
opening the Tools menu with the mouse, the menu entries change their heights and
it doesn't "feel" very nice.  (So it's not only a cosmetic problem.)

Restarting Firefox fixes the problem, so this bug is marked as "minor".
