move the code to relese the ldap session out of msgcomposeclose (which is too
destructive) and into a method which can safely be called from the recycle
listner's on close method.
This on close method seems to get called for me whenever:
1) send a message
2) close a message
3) send a 2nd or 3rd open compose window
4) close a 2nd or 3rd open compose window

checked into the m4 branch and the thunderbird trunk..
leaving open to check in for seamonkey once the 1.7a ban lifts.
Status: NEW → ASSIGNED
