Details

When using the keyboard to scroll a page (up/down/pgup/pgdown), sometimes the
page will not scroll and the debug window will print "JavaScript Error:
TypeError: controller has no properties" for each key event.
I was not able to establish a pattern of behavior; to me it appears random.

Applies to build 2000011108 and prior.

Exceptions propagated by JavaScript do not aren't problems with the JavaScript
engine.  Tentatively reassigning to Event Handling.
