Clicking this text does nothing.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download somthing
2. Wait for 'downloads complete' popup
3. Try clicking link in popup
Actual Results:
Nothing
Expected Results:
Something, maybe the downloads window to re-open?
