cneberg@sandia.gov has been helping out lately with some networking bugs, especially in the areas of network authentication. i'd like to get his help with bug triaging and patch reviewing, but it seems that he does not have sufficient bugzilla privileges. i think he needs the "Can Edit All Fields on Any Bug" privilege, but i don't really know all the bugzilla privilege modes so i can't say if that's exactly what is needed. thanks!!
