This was already partially addressed by Bugzilla Bug 172944.
Much like the Adblock function that can be used to import and export filters, it
would be nice to make this function available for Cookies, Blocked Images,
Popups, Form information and whatever other addons are available for the Tools
menu. Maybe even an option to export/import all of the above information in a
single file?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools pull down
2. Cookie Manager
3. Manager Stored Cookies
Actual Results:
Didn't have the options I wanted.
Expected Results:
Why can't Mozilla walk my dog?
The only way to do this currently is moving your profile from machine to machine
which has drawbacks.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01".
This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.
If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

Jim, do you know of any plans or work in such area? I cannot find anything. And now that we moved from simple plain text files to sqlite3 it's harder to simply do this steps manually.

Hmm, what is this bug?
Is this about importing / exporting cookies, importing / exporting profiles (dupe of 22689?), or importing / exporting tool menu items? (wont fix?)

It's about importing/exporting of data from/to single files. When I think about it could be something for an extension. It's a too less used feature. I would second Jim.

This bug is filed in a bugzilla component related to pre-Firefox code which no longer exists. I believe it is no longer relevant and I am therefore closing it INCOMPLETE.
If you believe that this bug is still valid and needs to be fixed, please reopen it and move it to the Toolkit:Startup and Profile System product/component.
