User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) Build Identifier: Mozilla 1.6 I write messages in ISO-8859-2 coding and I have it set in configuration. But when I save the message to unsent messages (Ctrl+Enter) and then Edit as new, the coding of the messahe is set to ISO-8859-1. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Write new message in coding ISO-8859-2 and save it to unsent messages. 2.Open it for editing again. Actual Results: The editing message has coding ISO-8859-1, but it was set to ISO-8859-2. Expected Results: I think, that the soft should remember the coding of the message. It probably ignores the coding when editing existing mail.
This symptom occurs if the mail being sent contains only 7-bit (ASCII) characters. See the dupe for more discussion. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 169761 ***
