If we resize thunderbird application window the width/height of message list
pane will also get adjusted along with message pane, this is annoying.

I am attaching patch to correct this issue.

I am also providing a setting for this in preference window.
at Tools\Options...\General(Mail & Newgroupss)\General Settings
[ ] Resize only preview pane, when I resize main window
