When automatic compacting of folders and automatic downloading of messages are
enabled this is causing problems.
Because the folders are being compacted mozilla can't download messages and
displays an error.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compact folders
2. Download new messages while compacting

Actual Results:  
An error is displayed because mozilla is unable to download messages while
compacting the folders.

Expected Results:  
The downloading of the messages should be delayed until compacting is finished.
