Double-clicking an item in the blocked popups dialogue should display the
blocked popup.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit a page which has onload popups (e.g. http://go.to/hell)
2.Click the blue i icon
3.Double-click the blocked popup
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
Blocked popup should display
