The patch I'll attach contains the changes I needed to get Thunderbird nightly builds going. The main change is the addition of a makefile in mail/installer/ that's roughly a copy of the one in browser/installer/. There's also an ifdef in the makefile it includes since Thunderbird does its own packaging into dist/thunderbird, and one other build fix that I needed on egg (not sure why).

Comment on attachment 146356 [details] [diff] [review] patch after .6 I'm hoping to revisit the custom packaging work that copies just what I need into dist\thunderbird and hopefully just leverage the existing xpinstall packaging stuff which I see brian now modified to support the ability to remove files. So hopefully you'll be able to remove your ifdef down the line.
