We need to add more default font names to the default pref files for the various
platforms.

I would like to add at least Times and Courier to the default Mac prefs file
for M13. Times and Courier have already been added for Windows/Unix.

lets just do this on the trunk for m14.  let me know if this 
is a bad idea.

We should use Arial as sans-serif font instead of Helvetica, otherwise it's fine 
with me: it doesn't need to be in M13.

Is Arial available on all of the Macs that Mozilla runs on?
I think so but QA can certainly verify that Arial is present on a standard OS

Default font names have been added for Windows, Mac and Unix. If any specific
fonts are missing for any specific platforms, please open separate bug reports
for them. This bug is too general (more like a tracking bug). Closing this one.
