Scrolling via the PgUp/PgDn and Up/Dn keys seems to work eratically under recent builds of Mozilla (M12 and later nightly builds through 2000011808, haven't tried earlier ones). The system in question is a PII-450 running WinNT 4.0, SP6. Here's the scoop: When I first start Mozilla, scrolling seems to work as expected... I might need to click once within a frame to set the focus, but after that it scrolls normally. However after following a link (any link, apparently), scrolling via the keyboard doesn't seem to work at all. For some reason if I then open a link in a seperate browser window, scrolling will usually start working again for BOTH windows. But once I follow another link, that window will again lose keyboard scrolling (although th other window will usually still scroll). This might be related to bug 23301... or not. :-) Let me know if you need me to provide any additional information.

I should have added that this problem does not seem to occur when opening a page through either the File or Bookmarks menu...

When I filed bug 24498 on roughly the same problem, it was marked a duplicate of bug 9701. Despite the fact that I think bug 9701 may or may not clearly be the same thing, marking as a duplicate because that's what'll happen anyway... *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 9701 ***
