URIs in postings/mails are automatically marked as a "link". This automatism
does not work correctly on quoted-printable postings when the last word of the
posting is an URI.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit/Preferences/M&N/Composition/[X] quoted printable
2.Compose a posting containing 8-bit characters and at the end "invalid.tld"
3.display this posting
Actual Results:
Only "invalid.tl" is marked as link. The "d" is cut off.
Expected Results:
"invalid.tld" hould be marked as link.
I recognized it only in news, not in mail. But I think it should be in mail, too.

Can see this with MacOS Thunderbird 0.6 in Mail and News.
Additional information:
The last part must be a URL which is recognized by Mozilla (e.g.
http://www.invalid.tld).
For an example see <msgid:c7b275$1t433$5@ID-174074.news.uni-berlin.de>

Quiet interesting: Under Linux the posting is visualized
----------------------
<a href="http://www.invalid.tl">http://www.invalid.tl</a>d
----------------------
Under MacOS apparently (see attachment #147730 [details]):
----------------------
<a href="http://www.invalid.tl">http://www.invalid.tl</a><br>
d
