User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8a2) Gecko/20040523 Firefox/0.8.0+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8a2) Gecko/20040523 Firefox/0.8.0+ multiple proxy authentication dialogs are shown when running "Open in Tabs" Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Find a machine behind a proxy requiring a login 2. In your bookmarks, setup a folder containing multiple websites 3. In that folder click on "open in Tabs" 4. Click multiple times on the resulting proxy authentication dialog Actual Results: Shows multiple proxy authentication dialogs Expected Results: To show only one login dialog (and apply the credentials received to other tabs too)
I'm not sure if this belongs in the Firefox product. It might actually need to go Browser Networking or something.
I something related. Just recently my proxy password changed, and when I retyped the new password into the authentication dialog, no more dialogs seem to have popped up. It seems that it somehow got propagated to the windows on other tabs?
