There is no underline to show that you can use a keyboard shortcut instead of using the mouse. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Click on a link that downloads a file (one that does not have a type associated to it). Actual Results: A dialog comes up asking you to open the file using an application or save the file to disk. Expected Results: Same thing, except that there should be an underline unde the "O" of "Open" and one under the "S" of Save.
this is a dupe, accesskeys in dialogs have been busted for a long time :(
