User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113

Open the Tools -> Junk Mail Controls... dialog.
Check "Move incomming messages determined to be junk to:"
Check "When I manually mark messages as Junk:"
Uncheck "Move incomming messages determined to be junk to:"
Now the radio group belonging to "When I manually mark messages as Junk:" is in
an inconsistent state. The top option "Move them to the Junk Folder" is greyed
out and the "Delete them" option is not greyed out. This is wrong because both
(should) belong to the same radiogroup.

Now
Uncheck "When I manually mark messages as Junk:"
Check "When I manually mark messages as Junk:"
Now both radio group options are selectable again.

Click OK and reopen the Tools -> Junk Mail Controls... dialog.
Now the two options are in the mentioned inconsistent state again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
As described above.
Actual Results:
Inconsistent interface where an option is (incorrectly) not selectable.

Expected Results:
Radio group should follow the "When I manually mark messages as Junk:" checkbox
consistently.

I've reproduced this problem in Mozilla 1.6 on both Windows 2000 and Linux
(Fedora Core 2).

I'll attach two screenshots of the described situations.
