The link in the "Downloads Complete" pop-up window does not work to open the
download manager. I'm guessing that is supposed to be a link to open the
download manager but it does nothing when you click on it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Wait for file to finish downloading
2. Download finishes and the pop-window comes up
3. Click on link, "All files have finished downloading"
Actual Results:
Nothing
Expected Results:
Download manager should open
Defauly theme, fresh install of Firefox, no extensions
