Forwarded Messages not formatted correctly in nightlies (version 0.6+ (20040611,
win2k).
Basically, forwarded e-mails are missing the "header":

Oddly, it seems ok with newsgroup posts, but not e-mail (POP & IMAP) and local
folder messages.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Forward an e-mail (not a newsgroup post) inline.
Actual Results:
"Header info" is missing ("Original Message" section)
Expected Results:
include the "Original Message" section.
