If one opens an "EML" attachement, the reply-to and reply-to-all buttons are
grayed out, even though everything is apparently in order.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Open an attachment from a MIME-encoded digest. Try to reply to that message.
Actual Results:
Unable to click on reply buttons.
Expected Results:
Reply buttons should not be grayed out.

I should also mention that the Forward button is mistakenly grayed out as well.
The Delete and JunkMail buttons are too, but that's to be expected inside an
attachment. Updating summary to include Forward.
