If I change my theme, the back/forward buttons stop working.  I have to restart
my browser for them to work again.  I dont think this is theme related.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Browser
2. Change Theme

Actual Results:  
Back/Forward buttons stop working


Expected Results:  
Back/Forward buttons should continue to work
