User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040617
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (OS/2; U; Warp 4.5; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040617

After a theme is downloaded and installed, or loaded locally from a jar file,
in the prefernces window:
- the "author" box is blank and selecting another theme does nothing
- clicking "OK" does nothing
- clicking the Close Window in the title bar shuts down Mozilla
in the browser:
- all tabbed window content is cleared
- all window history is cleared
- all tabs have "(Untitled)"
The theme is installed despite the above confusion.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit->Preferences->Appearance->Themes
2. Install a theme.

Actual Results:
(See "Details")

Expected Results:
The only change I expected was a new theme in the list. And the "Must restart
Mozilla for thene to take effect" window.
