User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040702 Firefox/0.9.0+ Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040702 Firefox/0.9.0+ In the old days of Netscape 4.x , one could see the current connections list with [CTRL]+[ALT]+T . It would be useful to have it in Firefox as well, to answer a simple question : "what slow or stalled http/ftp connection makes the throbber throb ?" It happens a lot with HTTPS connection or congested advertisement servers e.g. (good candidates for a 127.0.0.1 entry in the hosts file BTW). Netscape 4.x did it with a simple window. But it could be "about:connections" as well. Unfortunately I don't have the skills to code it myself. Maybe something for Firefox 1.1 ? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: (enhancement)
Bug 37594 is the same bug for Seamonkey.

This might be useful as an add-on, but I don't think we want to expose such functionality to our everyday users. I'm going to WONTFIX this.
