I just made a brand new profile yesterday so I know this isn't isolated to some corruption in my profile. I have not imported my mozilla signons.txt to firefox. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to a site which has a login form 2. Type in username and password 3. Press "Login", "Submit", "Ok", etc.. 4. Firefox asks you if you want to save that password 5. Click Yes 6. Firefox asks you if you want to save that password again 7. Click Yes 8. Go to bugzilla, look for bug. 9. Don't find the bug, so file a new one

This happens to me, too. Every time I enter a username and password, Firefox asks me to save/not save it, twice. Browser: Fx 0.8 OS: Fedora Core 2 Reproducible: Yes, always. Steps: 1) Fill out a user/pass form on a website and hit SUBMIT. 2) Fx will ask if you want to save the password. 3) Click Yes or No. 4) Fx will ask if you want to save the password...again. 5) Click Yes or No. If, for example, you clicked Yes both times, you now have two entries for the password in the Password Manager.

Now, in 0.10, the second requester is EMPTY (including the buttons).

This does not seem to happen anymore in the trunk build 1.0+ 20041220.
