In the latest nightly builds of Firefox (I'm using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040705 Firefox/0.9.0+, but it was present in the 0.9 release from the 4th as well), the HTML tag <input type="file"> does not render correctly. The "Browse" button is only a couple of pixels high and several pixels across. Clicking on the small button will still open the file browser normally. Perhaps this could be related to bug 243482, but that's just a guess. This error is not present in Seamonkey. To test this bug, simply click "Create a New Attachment" from above and note the "File" field's button. If it's relevant, I'm using Service Pack 2 RC 2.

Not present with 20050220 builds but present with 20050221 builds. Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050221 Firefox/1.0+ I see this bug when uploading files on any IPB forum, bugzilla upload for attachments and even http://validator.w3.org/file-upload.html

this bug is present on the 20050221 builds not the 20050220 of which you are using. Anyways another bug was opened since this bug was filed a long time ago and because its a regression from one of the checkins since yesterdays build.
