Details
"automatic image resizing" cursor icon doesn't change until I move it.
to reproduce:
1) load a large image (from disk or website) into firefox 0.9.1 (but I think
mozilla trunk has the same problem)
2) move the mouse over the image, get either the moz-zoom-in or moz-zoom-out
cursor icon. (see
http://lxr.mozilla.org/mozilla/source/content/html/document/src/nsImageDocument.cpp#326)
3) click the mouse without moving it.
expected results, the cursor should change from in to out, or out to in
actual results, the cursor doesn't change (after I click) until I move the mouse

I think this is a dupe of Bug 217111, but it would be great ot get around that
limitation...

Bug 217111 is filed under Firefox product. Anyway I don't think it should be
marked as WONTFIX. This is just a bug in the style system.
