What we're missing
The Printer Dialog Extension is not copied into the Firefox bundle. Without it,
there is no control over Gecko printing options (shrink to fit, print background
colors, etc.) Worst of all printing of background colors and images defaults to
OFF, so getting a WYSIWYG printout is impossible.

BTW, the plugin is 44 KB is size. Well worth it, IMO.

bug205974 has reported the same problem.
Since Thunderbird also has the same problem, when you correct, please correct
similarly.
