Steps to reproduce: 1) Tools->Options, Advanced, turn on FAYT. 2) Visit the URL 3) Type some characters that matches an excerpted section following any of the news stories, then hit Shift+Tab to move focus back into the link corresponding to the excerpt. Hit enter to navigate to the link 4) On the new page, hit Backspace to go back to the previous page Expected results: - go back one page Actual results: - new page is in FAYT mode too, green selection matching the typed portion of the excerpted text from the previous page is in the buffer and hitting backspace deletes characters from that buffer.

Fixed on branch. Don't need to leave open for trunk since I have bug 250231 and all these fixes will land as part of that.
