to reporduce :
1. Install the Mozilla build zip version / 2000012520
2. Make New Profile or Migrae NC4x Profiles.
3. Setup up your Proxy and proxy ports. Save the prefs and Restart Mozilla
4. M13 Release Notes should comes up.
5. just got http://my.netscape.com and windows should give you this!

Getting similar crash on my machine: Win95 AMD 333MHz 64Mb
Mail works. Simple pages work. Local pages work. Pages loaded via IP Address
work. Complex remote pages do not.
I get this crash on M13 and the latest nightly builds.
I get the following details when I crash (notice same spot: 0137:....):

tever: could you try reproducing this here? and maybe narrowing with the api
stack? thx. cc'ing gordon to see if this is the DNS one...
This is almost certainly a duplicate of bug #23709. The stack looks the same,
and it is happening on Win95. Register EAX is not a valid pointer. Marking as
duplicate.
