Giving keyboard focus to the main window requires clicking on the URL

Details
If you click on a link, or use the back or forward buttons (this doesn't happen on the startup page, or if you type in a URL), you lose keyboard focus on the page, and are unable to keyboard scroll. The only way to get it back that I have found is to click on the URL, and then click back on the page. Of course, you can always reload the page by clicking on the URL and then pressing enter. Browser Version: M13 OS: RedHat Linux 6.1 URL: Any Downloaded from tarball with FullCircle.

Reproduced using 2000012808 Mac OS build. Reassigning to saari. (This sounds like a well-known issue, but I'm not familiar with which focus bugs are tracking what.)
Component: UE/UI → XP Toolkit/Widgets
When I hit the space bar, or the arrow keys, the error (in the terminal window) is JavaScript Error: TypeError: controller has no properties. Hope that helps someone.

I believe this is a duplicate of 12051. However, assigning to saari/paulmac to decide for sure.
