Hover the mouse over an item in the bookmarks bar or 3. Click on the icon (ie Google) in the search field Actual Results: The menu or tooltip appears pinned to the nearest edge of the main screen. Expected Results: The menu or tooltip should appear relative to the clicked item/location.

Looks like a dupe of bug 245418. That mentioned that a fix had been checked in, but there's been no confirmation that the problem has been fixed, so I guess it hasn't.
