if a message contains a longer than usual text string without spaces (like html
links), or a huge picture, the lower scrollbar doesn't appear in firefox. i've
checked internet explorer and it works there. the problem occurs in phpBB
forums, an example for them is the given url. (the forums are in hebrew, so the
fonts are not going to show correctly :-) )
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to any phpBB forum with firefox.
2. write a messege containing a long html link or a picture (the width has to
override the screen)
3. look at the messege you sent.
Actual Results:
there was no scroll bar bellow.
Expected Results:
present me with a shiny tiny scroll bar.
