Middle clicking still does not open tabs with firefox in os x.  This problem has
existed since 0.7, and was "supposedly" going to be fixed in 0.9, as i was told.
 It is not.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Middle click a link


Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
A tab should open

This is a huge bug.  It's literally the #1 reason I don't use firefox, as it's
too important to casual browsing.
