This is a tracking bug to get Mozilla to display numbers correctly.
Mozilla must honour appropriate OS-settings for decimal and thousands
separators, as well as some other settings.
Some examples of the settings that must be honoured:
* Decimal Symbol (.)
* Number of Symbols after decimal (2)
* Digit Grouping Symbol (')
* Digit Grouping Style (123'456'789)
* Negative Number Format (-1.1)
etc.
