No obvious way to navigate the themes dialog without using the mouse.  Keys can
select thees but not move to the uninstall, update, use theme or get more themes
buttons/links.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open theme manager
2. Try to use keys to navigate to Get More Themes
3.

Actual Results:  
No obvious way to complete this task without using the mouse.

Expected Results:  
Some shortcuts or being able to tab between options.

This works for me, just use tab to move between the buttons.

WFM, try it Use tab to move between the Uninstall Use Theme Update and get more
themese link, ALT F4 will close that window, up and down to move back and forth
to select your theme. enter to press the button,
