When the first mail account is created by the "wizard" or when adding a new
account, one can chose POP or IMAP, but not IMAPS. I already know, to go into
account manager and click on the 'SSL' checkbox, but it is unduly difficult to
explain to a novice over the phone.
Another minor nit is handling of the `+' signs in the username part.
Historically, <user>+<anything> meant the e-mail was for <user> with <anything>
intended to help the user's filters and sorters. So, when I enter
`mi+mozilla@aldan.algebra.com' as the e-mail address, Mozilla should be smart
enough to suggest `mi' as the username, not `mi+mozilla'.
