User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040614 Firefox/0.9 I guess the parts marked with PROVISIONAL in the Options-dialog of Firefox (under Advanced) will be removed or moved to another place in Firefox before Firefox hits the version 1.0. I did not find another bug report about this and was curious as to what will actually be done with these security options in Firefox. Where should these options be moved to and how should these be presented to the user so that terms like CRL, security devices and OCSP really mean something to them ? It seems to me that these texts will not be appearing in 1.0. IMHO, this should be resolved when Firefox reaches version 1.0. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start Firefox 2. use menu Tools - Options 3. select Advanced (if not already selected) Actual Results: The lower two items (Certificates and Validation) are marked PROVISIONAL. Expected Results: Have these options available in a more suitable place in the browser.
Sorry, Ben scheduled it after Firefox 1.0 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 191524 ***
