I'm using M13. It seems to be impossible to select text in the "View page source" page
Confirmed with 2000-01-27-08-M14 nightly binary on Windows NT 4.0sp3 Could not find an earlier "Selection in View>Page Source" bug to reopen... but this has come and gone before.
