Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open firefox 2. move main window to 2nd monitor 3. right click on anything -> windows will pop up on the wrong monitor Actual Results: see above. Expected Results: open the subwindow on the actual working window.

confirming bug, I see it here in front of me. I can bring 2nd monitor to fix this bug to MV if someone wants.
