Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a favicon tag (<link rel="shortcut icon" href="favicon.ico"
type="image/x-icon">)
2. Uload, bookmark, browse.
Actual Results:  
The browser uses www.jabcreations.com/favicon.ico instead of the defined image.

Expected Results:  
The default www.jabcreations.com/favicon.ico icon should always be overridden if
a page specifies a different favicon.
Related to/dupe of bug 204393?
This is a dupe.

Incidentally, is there an RFC or standard that does specify that a per-page
favicon (<link rel ... ) should over-ride the server root one?

You might find that the Organisation that started favicons doesn't think
so.
