In this file there is a tag called description for people see a summary of extension functionnalities. Problem is this file can't be localized, if i write an extension in french i can't have a french description if i don't make a new xpi file for this. It will be very better if i could done french and english version in the same xpi file but i can't do it if i want get a french description.
