I'm using mandrake 10 but I know that the problem exist in other disros. Im
using kde (3.2) and gnome and the problem happend on their both. I know that the
problem happend on xorg and xfree. I can't use the hotkeys (ctrl+c,v,a...) while
i'm on hebrew keybord layout so I have to change to the English keybord layout
when I want to use them (this is extremely annoying).
happend on firefox 9.3 and earlier firefox version (happend on mozilla too).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.move to hebrew layout.
2.try to use the hotkeys.
Actual Results:  
I cant use the hotkeys

Expected Results:  
The software should do the hotkeys acction.

BTW, this seems to be a regression that started around 0.8

Other gecko browsers, like epiphany, do not have this problem.
