It's time to update the help content on the navigator advanced preferences. This bug will also fix showing/hiding of platform-specific content in the file (except for the preferences menu - that will be done in all the files at the same time) and fix some minor code-clean-up.

Attached patch New version (obsolete) (deleted) — Splinter Review
New version of patch: Fixed the spaces, added "For more information about Link Prefetching on web pages, see the online Link Prefetching FAQ" as suggested. Used "Click this to reload the configuration file." and added http://www.mozilla.org/catalog/end-user/customizing/enduserPAC.html announced in bug 124277. Fixed a few other nits as well.

Attached patch New version - corrected (deleted) — Splinter Review
Sigh, found some ugly empty lines in the previous patch.

BTW, on second thought, I'm not really convinced that adding links to more info is the best solution in here. This information should probably be added to the help files instead (but I'm not the man to do it). Thoughts?
Comment on attachment 157522 [details] [diff] [review] New version - corrected It's progress. Besides, do we want to make localizers translate all this stuff?
