It is possible to have multiple blinking cursors in HTML forms when Mozilla
loses focus. If you click on one input form, switch to another window, return
to the first window, and click on a different input form, then the old cursor
won't disappear. Though this is annoying, it isn't a serious bug because typed
text is entered into the right place (i.e. the second form rather than the first
or both).
One way that this can be replicated is by going to the Bugzilla bug submission
form. Click Cc: (the input form, not the text), select any other window, switch
back to Mozilla, and click URL: (again, the form, not the text). There should
be two cursors, one in Cc: and one in URL:.
