'Open Web Location' does not work the second time

Details

Used today's mozila build on linux(2000013108m14) 1. Install and launch the browser 2. Select menu option 'File->Open Web Location'. 3. A File dialog opens up. 4. Type a url say, www.hotmail.com in the textfield and press OK. 5. Observe that the new url opens up in the same window. 6. Now again,Select menu option 'File->Open Web Location'. 7. Observe that nothing happens and the 'File' menu closes. Expected result: A File dialog should open up to enter a url to be opened.
I see the same problem for Bookmarks and History. Trying to open a bookmark from menu option "Bookmarks->Manage bookmarks", a blank window opens up( bug 25892). Close the Bookmarks window. Retry opening the "Manage Bookmarks" window. Nothing happens.The menu closes. Same thing is seen in History window too. Cc'ing claudius. Severity changed to blocker.
