An example of this is the bugzilla set-up for bugs.kde.org. I have complained about this to them in their Bug 57869, but since they are not the only one that does this, I would be very helpful to solve the problem from the Mozilla/Thunderbird side (both, since I am not ready to switch to Thunderbird yet).
