This one will be subject to debate as to how to best implement but the
parameters page is a big mess. I propose we devide it into logical or functional
sections. Even a simple <hr> to devide them would be workable with internal
navigation links at the top to jump to a section. I also suggest that rather
than use the actual variable names (descriptive though they are) without spaces
that we include spaces in the descriptions.

There's already a bug on this somewhere. Dave even has an initial
implementation, I believe.
