This could only still be happening if focus is hosed on Linux.  Reassigning to

This concerns me.  The command dispatcher would have to be whacked out on the 
junk on Linux only in order for this to occur.

Reopening -- the bug this was duped to seems mostly fixed, but I'm still seeing
this one now and then.
