On Windows, when on a https:// url, the address bar is yellowish so that the
users can see easily that they are on a secure site. On Linux the bar doesn't
turn yellow.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Go to https://students.fct.unl.pt/~cer09566
3.

Actual Results:  
The address bar shows the lock icon but stays white.

Expected Results:  
The address bar should be yellow.
